Our advice was sought by Land Securities because of planning issues arising from impending alterations to accommodate new occupiers within the White Rose Centre. There was also a desire to improve the food and drink and leisure offer within the complex. We were lead consultant in securing outline planning permission for additional retail and leisure space within the centre. This provided a framework to enable minor extensions and the installation of mezzanine floors within an approved building envelope to meet end user requirements.
Various minor extensions and new mezzanine floorspace has been developed to meet the requirements of occupiers. New food and drink units are in the course of construction.
